TERM SHEET FOR STARTING BUSINESS WITH KRISHNA TRADERS

1. You can join us with a small investment of Rs. 1 Lakh
2. We will give you goods of Rs.1 Lakh against your investment. So nothing to worry. We want to maintain a good relationship.
3. We are stable in this market from the last 35 years. We believe in quality always.
4. We Have all ranges of mattresses, pillows, sofa cum bed, folding mattresses etc
5. We have our own units for raw material manufacturing for mattresses.
   
   If you want dealership of our TRUSTED MATTRESS BRAND “ORTHO-CARE” for retail. you have to follow below guidelines
6. You should have space of rent or your own for stock & selling in market.
7. You have to invest 1 lakh in starting for stock purchase or signing a dealer agreement for 11 months.
8. Minimum 50 thousand monthly sales required for dealership.
9. You can maintain your sales within a period of 3 months. Otherwise your dealer agreement will be cancelled without Any prior notice.(eg. 50000x3 months = 1.5 lakh)
10. All payment for goods will be always in advance mode in company account thru “BANK TRANSFER” or “DEMAND DRAFT”.
11. You can sell products on 20% Less from MRP last.
12. Wholesale prices will be applicable for dealers only.
13. Dealer price list will be shared after signing dealer agreement with security cheque of Rs. 1 Lakh.
14. You can earn a margin of minimum 15-20% after join “KRISHNA TRADERS”
15. Rent & cartage depends on quantity of goods.
16. All offers & schemes will be informed by SMS or MAIL.
17. Cash payment strictly prohibited. We will accept all payments thru “BANK TRANSFER” & “DEMAND DRAFT” with the name “KRISHNA TRADERS”
18. Dealership will be offered after checking eligibility of your area & District.
19. We can make only 1 dealer in a area.
20. Above 4000 range mattresses for quantity above 50 pcs rent will be given by KRISHNA TRADERS. Below 4000 range mattresses rent will be given by customer. Minimum 50 pcs order required for F.O.R delivery.
21. Only below mentioned mail Id’s & numbers will be used for complaints & orders. Personal number of any employee will not be considered for any type of conversation, transaction or complain.
22. Company is not liable for any type of cash transaction to any employee.
23. All cheque’s & demand draft will be made in favour of “KRISHNA TRADERS” only.
